Achievement Crafting: Segapede Prototype

Zip's my Name, Don't Wear it out! - Reach any Goal flag and finish the demo. 1

Zip Zoom - Reach any goal flag within [fast time here, needs playtesting] 5

Segabeetle - Reach any goal flag without picking up a sing body segment. 3

Chill Chilopoda - See Zip's idle animation. 0

Model Myriapoda - Collect a unique body part for every piece of Zip's body segments. 3

Hidden Palace Hidden Warp - Use the gem warps. 2

Zip Zap - Destroy every enemy in the demo. 2

World Tour - in a single play session, use all 3 goal flags. 3

There's many gem warps, and 3 distinct goal flags (one on the top behind a foreground wall, one in the middle, and one towards the bottom), so having achievements for using each specific one may be ideal to encourage people to fully explore this short prototype.

Trivia: according to creator Craig Stitt via his YouTube, the player character's name is Zip, and the game was originally meant to take place as a Sonic spinoff, but Sega wanted it to be a standalone title. In any case, it was unfortunately canceled. His YouTube also shows off slightly different level art (presumably later in development since it's barely recognizable as Hidden Palace at that point). You can also hear different music in the short clip. Unfortunately this build seems to be lost.
